The FBI will investigate Sunday’s rampage at a Sikh temple in a Milwaukee suburb as a “domestic terrorist-type incident”

My question is, why aren’t they adding domestic terrorism charges to the Colorado shooters charges? What he did was terrorizing as well. The movie theater was a public place where people gathered to watch a film. What is the difference? To me, nothing. Churches are public places where people gather to worship. Is that the difference? Because it is a place of worship?  I don’t think a distinction should be made at all. I think that any shooting in a public place should be classified as domestic terrorism.
